Exercise Bike Black Friday Deals:
Nordictrack is starting to put out a few Black Friday bike deals as of this writing.
One thing to be aware of is that Nordictrack usually sells out of their most popular bike models on Black Friday or the Black Friday weekend.
So you might want to take advantage of an early bird deal if you find it.
The most popular bikes this year?
Hands down that has got to be the Commercial S22i and S15i Studio Bikes. These bikes give you streaming fitness classes, world trail rides in full color, incline and decline for a more immersive cycling experience.
Another popular one will also probably be the Nordictrack VR25 Recumbent – as it’s the premium recumbent model with a full color, HD console and iFit streaming workouts.
You can hunt around the product pages for the latest sales. But the easiest way to stay up to date on all Nordictrack Black Friday bike sales is to go through their Black Friday deals page here.
This page is updated frequently with the latest sales – so it saves you from having to hunt around for the sales yourself.
Proform is also hitting the ground running this year with an early bird Black Friday sale as well.
They’ve dropped the price on their Proform TDF Pro bike – which is the premium Tour De France bike with a full color console and free handweights.
Another popular bike this year will probably be their Proform 440 ES – which is a super-affordable, starter recumbent bike with a backlit console and tablet holder.
They will also probably be putting up a few more sales as we get closer to Black Friday as well.
As with Nordictrack, you can hunt around for sales – or you can go to their Black Friday sales event page here.
This lists all of their current Black Friday sales on Proform bikes, treadmills, ellipticals and rowers.
It can save you some time and you can see all the sales in one place.
Schwinn is also having some Flash Sales leading up to Black Friday. And then they’ll probably have another sale on the day itself.
It’s hard to tell exactly when these deals come and go – that’s the nature of the “Flash Sale”. However, as of this writing you can check out the current Schwinn bike flash sales here.
They’re offering discounts on their AD6 and AD7 Airdyne bikes as well as the Schwinn 270 recumbent and IC3 upright bike.
Bowflex doesn’t have a lot in the way of bikes. They only have one upright training bike right now – the Bowflex C6 bike.
Or you can hunt around if you’re also thinking about some Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells or other equipment. They have some pretty great Black Friday sales going on for these items already.
So those are some of the current exercise bike Black Friday deals. We’ll be updating this page as more and more deals come out.
One more thing.
People always ask me – “Should I buy my bike now – or should I wait until Black Friday?”
Great question. It really depends on what you want.
While it’s tempting to think you might get a better deal on Black Friday because well, its “Black Friday” – this isn’t always the case.
Because sellers are starting to offer Black Friday sales earlier and earlier these days. So you can still save quite a bit on your bike if you buy before Black Friday.
(They actually want you to buy before Black Friday. It’s easier for them to track their numbers and stock – plus know what they need for the Christmas season.)
Will you get it cheaper on Black Friday? Maybe. Maybe not.
I’ve actually seen some sellers put the sales prices up on the most popular bike models on Black Friday – since they know people will still buy.
By waiting, you’re also taking a risk that your favorite bike will be sold out by that time (many of the most popular bikes do sell out on Black Friday – sometimes even by mid-morning).
Then you have to wait until the bike is back in stock – and you might not even get it by Christmas – especially this year with Black Friday being so close to December.
So you might get your bike at a better price by $50 or $25 on Black Friday – or not. You’re also taking a risk that it will be sold out.
So it’s something to think about.
Regardless of what you choose to do, make sure you choose a bike that’s not just a good deal – but a quality bike as well. Then go out and have fun shopping for the holiday season!
