Exercise Bike With Screen – Best Home Exercise Bikes with Touch-Screens
Looking for an exercise bike with screen?
There’s a new crop of exercise bikes out there that give you full-color, HD touch screen consoles.
You can see your stats in full color with a swipe of your finger – or tap the screen to choose which workout you want to try.
These new consoles are a huge improvement over the old, dot-matrix style exercise bike consoles we used to see (and still see) on many models:

So which bikes offer you a touch-screen-style console?
Here are some of the most popular exercise bike with screens below that give you a lot of bang for your buck:
Exercise Bike with Screen – Top-Rated Options:
Nordictrack S22i Studio Cycle
[ Full Review ]
This is one of my favorite bikes of all time. It carries one of the largest video screen consoles you’ll find on a bike today – a whopping 22-inches.

This is like having an interactive TV built into your bike. You can use the console to watch your workout stats in full color. Or you can connect to iFit Coach – which is Nordictrack’s streaming online service.
With iFit Coach you can do all sorts of wild and wonderful things.

You can ride famous trails all over the world and see the landmarks pass you by in the console screen as you ride. You can choose from a number of pre-mapped trails or map out your own using the Googlemaps feature.
Don’t want to ride alone? Take a guided biking tour with a personal trainer who coaches you along the way.
Can’t get to the gym?
No problem.

With iFit Coach you can also take a streaming cycling class directly through your console. There are literally thousands of different workouts to try – so you’ll never run out of new challenges!
Another bonus to this bike?

It also gives you incline and decline for a more realistic training experience! So you have a lot of room to grow and challenge yourself.
While the S22i bike isn’t the cheapest bike with screen out there, if you’re looking for the ultimate immersive biking experience, it’s definitely worth a look.

Proform TDF Pro Bike
[ Full Review ]
This is one of the latest versions of the popular Proform Tour De France bikes – with a full-color touch screen included.
This works very similar to the Nordictrack S22i bike above in that it connects to iFit online and from there you can bike different world trails, take fitness classes and more.

The screen is not as large as the Nordictrack S22i – coming in around 10 inches. But it’s still quite fun to watch.
Plus, you also get 24 built-in Tour De France trail workouts to ride. So you can ride different portions of the Tour De France – which is pretty cool.
The bike is also fully-adjustable to fit your body. So you can find the most comfortable fit for you.

Nordictrack Grand Tour Pro
[ Full Review ]
The Grand Tour Pro also has a full-color HD screen where you can see your workout stats in full color – or connect with iFit Coach and ride trails all over the world.

It’s not as heavy or solid as the two models above – it’s more for casual bikers. However it does carry something that the other two bikes don’t – a tablet holder above the console.
So you can easily attach your tablet above the console of this bike and surf the net or watch movies or TV shows as you cycle – which is pretty cool.

A lot of people like this option and it’s getting harder to find a bike with tablet holder these days.
The Grand Tour Pro bike also comes with incline and decline options as well as racing-style handlebars with controls.

Matrix Bikes with XER Console
Matrix makes a couple of recumbent bikes – the R50 and R30 – with what’s called an XER console. This is a touch-screen console that you can use to go online and watch Netflix, YouTube and Hulu as you ride.

These bikes also offer a step-thru design and easily adjustable sliding seat.
The main drawback is that, starting around $3000 and up, these bikes aren’t cheap. They’re pretty expensive just to get a touch-screen console.
If you want to watch Netflix or Hulu shows on your bike, you can always get a bike with a tablet holder (like the Grand Tour Pro bike above) and connect your tablet to watch shows that way. That can save you literally $1500+ on a bike.
Still if you really want the fancy, connected console, these bikes are a great option.

Nordictrack VR25 Recumbent
[ Full Review ]
Lastly, if you want a more affordable recumbent bike with screen, you might want to look at the Nordictrack VR25 – which is less than half the price of the Matrix models above.
It carries a similar touch-screen with iFit Coach that you get with the Nordictrack S22i bike. So you can ride trails all over the world or take streaming classes from your bike.

Plus you also get a tablet holder above the console. So you can go online this way and watch Netflix or YouTube videos as you ride as well.
The VR25 bike also gives you an easy step-thru design and easy, ergonomic seat adjust.
